Internal Account Manager (0838)

Internal Sales Acccount Manager Telesales Telemarketing - Harrogate
To engage with new and developing customers to promote the companies  product and service portfolio, in order to achieve business development, new business and margin targets.  This predominately office-based role however there will be an element of customer meetings to assist with driving new business relationships, as well as pro-actively communicating and presenting the company value proposition.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties will include but are not restricted to:
 To proactively drive and nurture new and existing accounts
 To promote the companies value add and supporting resources i.e. Quote and Configuration team, Sales administration support, consultancy, professional services and training
 To work with the vendor teams to understand their value proposition and value add and to exercise the ability to communicate this to new and prospective customers
 To deliver professional presentations informing customers of the companies existing portfolio of products and services.
 To initiate business development plans/discussions for new and developing customers, highlighting such issues as projected revenue growth and opportunities; product/service portfolios (and their respective split within the account); and proposed actions/timescales to meet revenue targets.

 Ability to demonstrate that the jobholder can work effectively under his or her own initiative and as a responsible, conscientious and reliable team member
 Ability to demonstrate a good level of interpersonal skills especially questioning and listening skills.
 Ability to quickly build rapport with staff at all levels within an organisation
 Jobholder must hold a current and valid UK driving licence
HOURS OF WORK
The company’s standard hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch, however flexibility will be required.
Holidays 21 days rising to 25 with length of service.
Life Assurance 4 x basic salary
Salary £18k - £20k OTE up to £40k

We are looking for an Advertising Sales Executive to sell advertising within a youth and training Prestigious magazine based in Harrogate. You will need previous experience within a similar role and be used to working within a target driven environment.
Duties will include contacting old/lapsed customers, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
My client is offering a basic salary of £18500K with OTE of £23500k

Approximately 25hrs per week. Days/times are flexible.

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Telemarketeer to help spearhead its marketing activity.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and qualifying a potential client database and then for booking appointments with prospect clients.

He/she will already be experienced in this job role and used to working against targets and performance standards. Knowledge of ACT database is an advantage.

You will need good communitcation skills, be outgoing, self-motivated and organised.

Telemarketing Sales Executive (0761)
York/Malton
£16k OTE £20k

This is an exciting opportunity to join our pro-active Telemarketing Team.   The role will involve daily outbound calls working on marketing campaigns to generate leads and book appointments for the Business Development Team. 
A self starter, with attention to detail and selling skills, you will be given the opportunity to develop in an expanding organisation.
You will be a target driven, well disciplined individual who, with a strong customer service focus and excellent relationship and communication skills.  A good proactive telephone manner is essential, as well as a resilient nature.
Working as part of a team, you work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to support and follow up campaigns. A key part of the role will be to develop new business.
IT experience is not essential, but would be an advantage.  Relevant training would be provided.
This position is situated between York and Malton. Own transport essential.
