Sales Admin Support - Harrogate
 Providing internal support to Account Managers in the day to day running of the accounts
 Assisting with customer queries and problems
- Processing/progressing orders and working closely with the configuration team to check pricing and discounts, etc 
 Liaising with other departments internally e.g.: Purchasing, Accounts, Despatch, Technical Consultants, to fulfil customer requirements / queries, organising shipments etc
 Resolving queries and raising credits where necessary
 General administration duties: inputting orders, preparing reports etc

KEY SKILLS

 Understanding of sales process
 Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Applications

 Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to their workload
 Able to work on their own initiative
 Intelligent and keen to learn new skills
 Confident personality
 Understands the sales process and the importance of customers

HOURS OF WORK

The Company’s standard hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30pm with one hour for lunch. There may be a requirement to work longer hours at peak periods, quarter and year ends etc.

The salary on offer is up to £18,000 per annum, in addition they will be eligible to part take in a bonus scheme of £3,000. The successful candidate will also received standard company benefits (21 days holiday rising to a maximum of 25 with length of service and life assurance at 4x basic salary).

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join a rapidly expanding team. Duties will involve dealing with post, scanning post to case management software, photocopying, reception cover and providing support to the administration team. Ideal applicants will have some basic experience in an office environment. Excellent remuneration package includes full BUPA cover after 6 months service and free parking.

Receptionist - York

We are looking for a second receptionist to join a busy team to take client calls, greet visitors to the office, help with any enquiries and to get involved with other administration tasks. The ideal applicant would have experience of a busy reception area. Excellent remuneration package includes full BUPA cover after 6 months service, free parking and salary dependent upon experience.
